As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Siding Estimator to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for siding projects based on drawings, site visits, and specifications
- Perform take-offs for labour, materials, and equipment
- Review plans, scopes of work, and client requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and project requirements
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and suppliers to confirm pricing and timelines
- Maintain organized estimating records and cost databases
- Assist with bid submissions, revisions, and change orders
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience estimating siding or exterior construction projects
- Strong knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and strong math skills
- Proficient with estimating software (Bluebeam), spreadsheets, and take-off tools
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license (site visits required)
- Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset
