Lube Technician

R.W. Tomlinson is looking for a Lube Technician for our Moodie Drive shop location. This individual will be working on heavy trucks and pickup trucks.

Job Location: 970 Moodie Drive

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2PM-12AM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes and lubrications
• Grease all lube points
• Check all fluid levels on transmissions, differentials, and any other oil filled components
• Brake stroke measurements
• Inspection of defects to the equipment
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Maintain neatness/cleanliness of abys through regular inspections
• Any other minor repairs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid G license along with reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Experience in the trucking or automotive industry would be an asset

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

The expected salary range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour.  Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
