Your place in our story
The Regional Leasing Lead drives leasing results and leads a high-performing team across stabilized and new residential properties. You’ll coach your team, uphold top-tier curb appeal and tour standards, collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management to meet occupancy, rent, and renewal goals, and personally lease at select sites as needed to ensure strong performance and coverage.
Here’s how you’ll contribute
•    Strive to meet or surpass team lease performance targets, ensuring that each Leasing Consultant achieves their monthly KPIs.
•    Conduct thorough application audits, review CRM communications, and implement quality control measures for lead triaging and nurturing.
•    Oversee the interviewing, training, onboarding of new hires, and provide ongoing development opportunities for current team members.
•    Manage scheduling and reporting processes for all leasing consultants and related traffic.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), while upholding safety and incident-reporting protocols.
•    Provide on-site training and shadowing to enhance tour standards, closing skills, and individual CRM performance.
•    Lease assigned properties, setting exemplary standards for response times, tours, follow-ups, and related activities.
•    Maintain accurate data across CRM and property management systems.
•    Submit weekly reports to the Senior Manager and attend regular one-on-one meetings.
•    Conduct property inspections and competitive market assessments, sharing actionable insights on pricing, amenities, and market positioning.

What you bring to the team
Here’s what will help you stand out. And even if you don’t tick every box—we believe in your potential and are here to support your growth.
•    3–5+ years in residential leasing or property management with multi site or leadership scope; proven results on occupancy, renewal rate, and conversion.
•    Demonstrated coaching capability: onboarding plans, shadowing, and conversion skill development
•    Revenue focused mindset; balancing promotional needs with revenue goals
•    Fluency with leasing CRMs/property management software and Microsoft 365; strong data literacy
•    Knowledge of RTA and internal guidelines
•    Other duties as required
•    Experience with multifamily stabilized portfolios
•    Familiarity with industry platforms such as Yardi and Salesforce (or comparable CRM/lead to lease stack)
•    Regional travel across assigned portfolio; valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
•    Flexibility for evenings/weekends aligned to leasing traffic, open houses, resident events, and staffing coverage
•    Drivers License and Vehicle is a requirement for the role of Regional Leasing Lead
